Just had to say I know two cats who return from long jaunts ‘dry and warm’……… and they only drink water ………from the bird bath, where now the birds have stopped bathing!. I do not believe they have been under parked cars which may keep them warm so they must go somewhere else…… but I do not know where they go….. !!!!
I knew the cat deeply fascinated with whisper of rain-drops falling on the leaves of plants. With it’s fur wet and cold paws it followed each tiny droplet during it’s travel down to the earth, passionate, wet and happy. Leaving wet traces on the floor afterwards.
