They could not stand still, they were defective, unbalanced. They needed movement to feel alive. They crossed the seas in all directions, looking for opportunities to buy products they could sell in the city for a profit. Their focus was speed. They sold everything as fast as they could and set to the seas again. They accepted modest margins but seldom a loss. Their home was the sea, the fastest ship the better ship. They would talk many languages and learn them fast but not well.
